It comes with your own personal 850-bottle wine vault, marble and ebony finishes, marble bathtub and rain shower, home theatre, a library overlooking mountains, big screen media and billiard rooms, grand curving staircases, 30-foot arched windows, barrel ceilings, limestone fireplaces, private elevator, VIP parking, and crystal chandeliers. Included is a $1-MM interior finishing package and a $500,000 home automation and advanced audio-visual system. Astoria on Tenth has 225 suites, starting at about $300,000.
